The Kiss
The number of Burrowing owls has declined in California due to habitat loss and human activities. To see this comical little bird in the wild, I often have to drive for hours. In this warm Spring afternoon in Tracy, the handsome couple treated me with their display of love to each other right before sunset. For conclusion, the male gave his partner a kiss that would enchant Gustav Klimt.
