16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest People
The last day of elementary school.
Today was the last day my youngest daughter will be attending elementary school. As she scooted off toward the bus stop I was struck by the simple beauty of the sunrise and my baby girl taking off into a new future.
