An old man sits and waits for the bus, out in the open under the blazing sun in a far flung settlement called Ghantiyali in thar desert in Rajasthan. The heat doesn't bother him. In Fact, he has made it his strength. The wrinkles on his face don't bother him. They speak of his experiences. He could have chosen the city life, moved away from the harsh desert. But the desert had accepted him, and through the course of his life, he had come to accept the unforgiving desert.
