THE MIGHTY COLUMBIA RIVER FROM THE CLIFF

This is looking down at the historical Colombia River. It’s length is 1,243 miles. The Columbia is one of the world’s largest sources for hydroelectric power, and with all of its important tributaries, it represents about one third of the potential hydropower for the United States. This is a very powerful River known for fishing, historical controversy, beauty and the many courses it endeavors to take beginning in Canada.
