„The milk is served” - is about collectively milking the sheeps. Each sheep has a red garment around the neck/ear in order not to be cursed. Each is called by name. After „dining”, the selected sheeps are brought to be milked by the shepherds. In the meantime, other sheeps are sold or having a „haircut”.
