A dusting of winter snow fell onto the tops of the buildings and capitol in downtown Madison, Wisconsin on January 2, 2016. The temperature dropped from about 30 degrees to 18 degrees Fahrenheit that day and I captured this by combining 10 photos taken at dawn. Each of the photos is an 18 degree slice of time.
