My travel buddy and I took a hiking trip to the Great Smokey Mountains and while we were in Tennessee we trekked up the trail at Clingmans Dome. It was rainy and frigid and there wasn't much to see but we decided to wait it out and we got lucky because the weather cleared up just as the sun was setting.
