17th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest The American Experience
The Peanut warehouse

This is the old peanut warehouse in Conway, SC. It was built in 1900 to store tobacco and later it was used to store peanuts. This reminds me of true Americana - with the American flag, the old warehouse and the water tower in the distance. It has a rustic and old-timey feel to it.
