Every year, D.C.'s best drag queens compete in the 17th Street High Heel Drag Race. Crowds gather to cheer on the athleticism shown by queens dressed to the nines as they run down the street in the highest of heels. This drag queen was sauntering down the street before the event and seemed to be taking it all in.
