Loosely taking inspiration from the tarot card, The Queen of Cups, my friend sits on a little wooden chair amidst a gently flowing river on a peaceful, overcast December. The river represents the flow of our emotions, while her perching on her throne (wooden chair) represents some dominion over such emotions. This Queen of Cups, then, is a testament of our strength to be in touch with our feelings while not letting ourselves drown in them.
