In 1990 Jacques Plasse a sport teacher noticed lof of used wheel all around the island of Mayotte. He wanted to do something to clean that. As a teacher he created a race of 2 km where all the young people all around the island can come. A race with a wheel. The goal is each person doing the race have to come with an old tire. And it works till now every year lot of wheel are bringing back to be recycle and re use
