The Raging Lionesses
On a scorching African afternoon, when the lions are supposedly resting, I came across these two moms who were sitting under the shade of a palm bush with six cubs and a Wildebeest kill. As I was busy taking images of this beautiful family, I saw a sudden change in the expressions of the Lionesses, who became super aggressive in a matter of seconds. Turning back to see the reason for their distress, I saw a male Lion approaching them. He clearly did not know the fury of the angry females who chased him back to where he belonged.
