Ground Zero is where the World Trade Center stood before the 9/11 tragedy. At that time, I lived in the area and watched the towers crumble before my very eyes. On a trip back to New York City, I returned to these sacred grounds & captured the modern architecture that replaced metal rubble. The curved lines of this structure almost point to the American flag - a symbol of the city's resilience.
