19th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
The Rising Star
I was on the summit of Brahmatal Trek, it was almost 5:45 in the morning and I was stunned as this burning star arise in front of me. The dark clouds were above, long himalayan range was below and in between was the sun. The phenomenon was beautiful.
