Observance of worshipping the God of fire is offered by the farmer community in rural Bengal. Each husband kindles fire inside a clay pot placed o the head of his wife and skillfully lifts the flame upward. The religious ritual is believed auspicious to them as fire is considered as the God of prosperity.
