Long-dead trees, a short drama at Epecuen Village.
Lago Epecuén is a salt lake some 600 kilometers southwest of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The village was established 1920, and in 1985 a slow-growing flood consumed the town until it reached a depth of 33 feet. The waters began to recede in 2009.
