The Ruins of Tonina

The ruins of Tonina are situated in the heart of State Chiapas in Mexico, and are one of the most unique and well-preserved Mayan cities. The city is built as one 71 meter tall pyramid and visitors can climb all the way to the top. This image was taken from the top of the pyramid, showing the vast farmlands and jungle surrounding the area.
