The Sacred Ganges River

Just before the international lockdown due to the pandemic, I spent time in India on the Ganges River by Varanasi. Early morning on the river, the fog rolls in and the birds are all looking for kindly fishermen. The birds circle the boats waiting for some of the morning catch to be thrown back in the water.
