The shadow of commonwealth materialism
I took this as I thought it was interesting how the commonwealth and the Queen of England's image is representative across so many first, second and third world cultures. I wanted to show how the currency of the commonwealth and its materialism overshadows so much including the developing world. Why I used a shadow behind the coin against a tropical leaf.
