The silence in the trees is part of a larger series of work titled "Where the spirit meets the bones" that explores the cycle of life through euphoirc images of nature inspired by irish folklore and the philospher Alan Watts. Nature is viewed as god in this series and the vessel that transports our spirit when we leave this world.
