The image of indium phosphide nanocrystalline surface obtained by electrochemical etching. On the surface there was formed crystalline of indium oxide having a flowery structure. Photos of nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Increased 100 times. The obtained structures can be used in the manufacture of laser technology. Nanostruktured semiconductors exhibit a number of unusual properties, so often called metamaterials or supermaterials.
