The traditional Mexican Mezcal

Usually Tequila is the alcoholic drink associated with Mexico, but the traditional Mezcal is often preferred by locals. It's made from the Agave plant which is grown in many different places all over Mexico. Mezcal bars are still popular these days, even though the drink may be up to 3,000 years old. It's so important that they still use their own made products to avoid importing costs, which will help the Mexican economy grow... whilst still keeping a fantastic tradition.
