The Treasury at Petra in Jordan

The rocky landscape of Jordan is fascinating and provided the ideal situation for the Nabatean (ancient Arabs) to settle and build there city at the end of the gorge. They carved a brilliant, Hellenistic era facade as decoration for the burial of one of their kings, presumably, but we do not know which one.
