Utrecht, a city in the Netherlands, if pretty famous for its Dom tower, the tallest church tower in this country, visited by many tourists every year. But the rest of the Dom church might be a bit of an underdog. The nave, once connecting the tower with the rest of the church, collapsed in 1674 during a storm. The Dom tower has been standing free ever since.
