The photo is showing 2 different worlds... in one picture. The sunny, green forest, with the smiling and happy lady, and the other world... the cold, dark world, with the monsterlike version of the same lady. A comparison to good and bad, light and dark, happy and sad. I was inspired by the Tv-series " Stranger Things", in which there is a parallel dark world called " The upside down".
