I spent a year on foreign exchange living in Bosnia and Herzegovina. My host city was Banja Luka, but I was lucky enough to get to visit other beautiful sights of the Balkan country; in this image, I had climbed to the very top of a minaret in Mostar, one with winding ancient steps too tall to climb with ease, but worth the effort.
