This is the Appalachian Trail in Virginia in early December. Cold. Foggy. Dying Leaves. Creepy in a beautiful, magical way. I was almost finished hiking for the 2014 season and this was the last photo that I took. I hiked 980 miles of the AT solo that year before the severe weather halted my journey.
