I took this photo of one of my son's friends, as he was foraging pineapple weed. It felt like a kid filled with wonder, finding natures secrets for himself. It felt like the whole world was in his hands. The world in the hands of the children, the natural world being a safe place, it seemed like a dream worth believing in. A dream that I hope for the future of our children.
