the one and only snowy owl that visited Rhode Island last winter. and it ws short visit, little less than a month. I was able to locate bird on top of the dunes perched on top of the brush. I waited few hours till after the sunset to capture this in flight shot against beautiful pink winter sky in the background. this is also the very first male snowy owl I've ever seen.
