Thousand Island Sunrise
One of my favorite views in the Sierra Nevada Mountains is Thousand Island Lake. On a recent backpacking trip to the lake, I woke up early to watch an amazing sunrise. The mirror surface of the water and the light puffy clouds created a nice scene around the illuminated Banner Peak.
