Through The Fog

On the way to the Annapurna Base Camp, during the final leg of the journey, our group was met with a foggy day as we walked through golden grass laden slopes. As the group begins to tire and spread out, some people naturally pull ahead while others fall back. In the fog, the person ahead appears only in their silhouette - a ghostly appearance matching the foggy low saturation aesthetic of the foggy walk. The composition offered by the slope, the golden fields, and the minimal empty path seems to mirror the philosophical reflections one feels on a strenuous yet refreshing trek such as this.
