A Tibetan refugee sits in one of the workshops of the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre near the hilltop town of Darjeeling. Rising some 4000m above sea level, Tibet is called the Roof of the World, but its very fabric – the people, are in danger of having their identity eradicated due to an unfounded claim of ownership by China.
