Tibetan Square Dance in Shangri-La

While I was travelling in Shangri-La, I stumbled across people in the square dancing, singing, and playing traditional instruments. The colorful clothes are traditional garb of Tibetan Chinese in the area. The music was rhythmic and the folk songs were sang in Tibetan. The troupe often meets at squares around Shangri-La to preserve and display their unique culture to tourists and locals alike.
