Childen and female are often weakened by their stereotyped characters, particularly in areas where collectivism and patriarchy are the major societal theme. I believe age doesn't define maturity and gender doesn't label ability. There is potential in every single individual no matter their outlook, ability or experience. There is flame within each one of us.
