Traders
Vendors at Bogotá’s Corabastos market load and unload produce in the early morning, moving sacks of plantains, tubers and vegetables between trucks, carts and waiting buyers. Seen from above, their work becomes a patterned choreography of labor and exchange — a glimpse into the human engine that sustains one of Latin America’s largest food markets. In this moment, a few traders pause for a well-deserved coffee break amid the rush.
