TRADITIONAL ART FORM

In the roadside I suddenly met with this little boy and lady dressed as God Shiva and Goddess Laxmi respectively. He is only 4 years of old. This type of make up is known as Bahurupiya or Bahuroopi. They are impressionist in the traditional performing arts of India, Nepal and Bangladesh. The traditional painting in the wall with the traditional performing art form truly represent the cultural variety of this place.
