Traditional path!

At Ras Al Khaimah, Camel handlers take their camels into the sea for a wash and bath to get rid of ticks and fleas every summer. The salty water from the sea helps them get rid of ticks, fleas, and other parasites. Bathing camels in this way is an old Arab tradition, but it is becoming less common in the region due to new hotels and resorts being built along the coastline. Another fact is that more veterinarian clinics are available for camels to be treated.
