The picture was taken in Kazakhstan, in the Pavlodar region, in the single-industry town of Aksu, on the square named after Sabit Donentaev, near the City House of Culture. Elegant women meet the Nauryz holiday and give sweets free of charge according to tradition. They give out sweets for free.
