How many lions can you fit on one tree? Depends on the tree, and depends on the size of the pride. This family consists of 11 lioness/cubs, all resting on one branch of a tree. We drove back to the lodge in the Serengeti, it was past sunset, the cameras were stowed, and the next thing was the driver announcing "prepare for a Kodak moment". Then we saw them... It was the highlight of the whole week.
