This is one of the first bird-in-flight photos that I took with my new OM Systems OM-1 camera. It is optimized for photos like this and I was experimenting with it. I saw the bird looking out of its birdhouse and started the camera running in burst mode. It tracked the bird and got this photo. When we see tree swallows from the ground we do not realize how beautiful they are.
