Many different species of trees in the woodlands at peak Fall color. While driving along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia I pulled over to a picnic area only to discover this colorful array of trees right next to the road. I took out my DSLR and setup my tripod. I waited for several cars to pass and snapped several images with this one turning out the best.
