Tribal Life

'Marma' is a leading group of the tribal people in Bangladesh. In the high hills and beside the river sango, Bandarban, they build their houses, especially on a platform made of bamboo, wood, thatch and corrugated iron tin. They grow their own crops and make their own clothes as self dependent. Always away not only from the light of electricity, but also from education, medication, modernity the Marmas survive in nature, fighting against all odds.
