This homeless man, also very likely mentally ill, sat at a drinking fountain in downtown San Diego on a hot day. He would turn the knob and let a little stream of water trickle into his hand, then use it to cool down his head and back, and wash his feet. He did this unobtrusively, as though not wanting to attract the attention of the attendant security guards.
