Subtle shapes, shadows, and textures are revealed when converting a color image into black and white. Suddenly the complexity of the image draws your attention to areas you perhaps would not have noticed before. Is there something that you are suddenly drawn to? I photographed this flower in my garden at home in Minneapolis in the spring.
