Tsukiji Rush Hour

Tsukiji Fish Market is well-known as a tourist attraction for early-risers who seek a different kind of fine-dining experience. While observing workers rush deliveries to maintain fresh quality in quantity, movement through the narrow alleys adds to the gritty and raw atmosphere that their products already carry. Behind a quick-stepping customer, a fishmonger cuts a large tuna in his shop, moving at the speed of perfection that ends as soon as it begins.
