September 23rd is Native American Day. This was the 49th annual event in Sacramento, Ca. (at the state capital building) It was an honor to be in attendance and to have photographed this yearly celebration This gentleman (Delbert Davis) is a member of the Tule River Native Veterans, in Porterville, Ca. He was blessing the area with sage before the ceremony began.
