Twilight in the Ancient Capital
The sky darkens over Cusco (Cuzco), the ancient capital of the Inca empire. Spanish colonial architecture forms the most prominent elements of the cities cityscape, while the mountains in the Andean highlands form the backdrop. Centered here is Plaza de Armas, the central square of Cuzco.
