16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Natural World
Twin Hatched Baby Robins
Robins made their nest on a low branch in a pear tree in my back yard. I checked each day and finally one day two of the eggs had hatched. These two are the only that made it but it was an honor watching them grow from egg to flight.
