This photo was taken in March of 2019 and was a completely unexpected delight. I live with two small parrots, Sunny and Nikki, who are both 15 years old. I do not consider myself to be much of a photographer but I enjoy taking photos of them because they are such great subjects with there wonderful colors. I was sharing a snack one day at the table, and I noticed how nice the green colors of the leaves looked behind them. I whipped out my iPhone to see if I could capture a few nice pictures of them. I love it when their faces seem to display a sense of wonder. They are probably wondering what I am doing.
