16th Annual Smithsonian Magazine Photo Contest Altered Images
Two Trains, Two Paths
As the sun began to fade in its grasp upon the sky, two boxcar trains stopped near the river, leaving a vantage point between the tracks stretching to the edge of the horizon. I wanted to show how two perspectives that give equal beauty can give an image of even greater impact through their combination.
